  9. There is no commitment to provide tours in any language other than Hebrew.
  10. A purchased shore excursion may be canceled due to a low number of registrants or operational reasons of the local tour supplier at the destination port. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the excursion, and nothing beyond that.
  11. Occasionally, in exceptional cases and for reasons beyond the control of Mano Maritime Ltd., it may be necessary to change the route of shore excursions. In such cases, depending on the circumstances, the company will change the shore excursion, and if the cost of the excursion decreases, Mano will refund the difference to the purchasers.
  12. Internet packages may be purchased on board the ship at varying prices. The ship’s internet package is satellite internet provided by an external company; therefore, reception disruptions may occur. Browsing speed is not fixed and depends on various external factors, such as availability and coverage, radars, warships, satellite location, and/or various malfunctions. The company shall bear no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of browsing speed.

  11. The ship will not wait for late passengers. Such lateness is the sole responsibility of the passenger. The determining time in the schedules is the local time at the destination.
  12. Passengers who do not return to the ship on time at one of the destinations set during the cruise, and as a result cause a delay in the ship’s departure, disruption of the planned schedule, change in sailing speed, or fuel consumption beyond the planned amount, will be charged for the expenses incurred by the company as a result of their actions. 3. Occasionally, in exceptional cases during the cruise and for reasons beyond the control of Mano Maritime Ltd., including force majeure, the company may be forced during the cruise to change the cruise routes and/or the ports visited by the ship and/or the duration of the stay at ports planned in advance. The company will notify passengers once it becomes aware of the change.
  4. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure before the cruise that their passport is valid and that no order prohibiting departure from the country has been issued against them.
  5. Holders of foreign passports or travel documents are responsible for checking whether entry visas are required for the destination countries.

Appropriate notice will be given to passengers once the cancellation/change becomes known. In the event of cruise cancellation, the customer will be refunded all amounts paid to Mano Maritime Ltd., without any additional payment beyond the amount paid by the passenger/customer. In the event of cruise cancellation due to an event external to the company’s operations, such as war, pandemic, etc., the amounts paid for the canceled cruise will remain available to the customer for a future cruise, or cancellation will be possible in accordance with the cruise cancellation policy, subject to cancellation fees.
