Accessibility Statement
Mano Maritime places emphasis on providing quality service across its various sales and service channels to all of its customers, including persons with various disabilities.
Accessibility of the Vessel
It should be emphasized that the vessel Crown Iris is partially adapted for persons with disabilities who use a wheelchair, due to structural reasons that do not allow full accessibility.
There are areas on the vessel, such as Deck 11, which cannot be reached with a wheelchair.
In addition, situations of waiting in corridors or for elevators may occur.
We make every effort to improve accessibility, striving to provide a perfect cruise experience for all passengers without exception.
The vessel has four accommodation cabins adapted for persons with disabilities who use a wheelchair.
Deluxe cabin with a window on Deck 7 - the cabin is equipped with handrails, in the toilet and in the shower.
The cabin is intended for three guests only. The cabin comes with two separate beds and one upper bed.
Accessibility at Ports of Destination and Going Ashore
Please take into account that the accessibility of the vessel does not guarantee accessibility at all ports of destination at which the vessel calls. At some ports, going ashore may be carried out by means of service boats (tenders), and not by direct passage from the vessel to the quay.
The service boats and the facilities at the various ports may have different characteristics, and in some cases are not adapted for boarding wheelchairs, mobility scooters or other mobility equipment. Accordingly, the possibility of going ashore by means of a service boat may be limited, depending on the characteristics of the port, the service boat, sea conditions, and the characteristics of the passenger's disability and functional ability.
Passengers requiring accessibility accommodations are requested to contact the Company in advance, before placing the order to the extent possible, and to provide relevant information regarding their accessibility needs. The Company will examine, to the extent possible and in accordance with the available information, the possibility of providing the required accommodations and the possibility of going ashore at the relevant ports.
It is hereby clarified that the possibility of going ashore at a particular port is not guaranteed in advance, and may depend, inter alia, on the means of going ashore available at the port, the service boat, sea conditions and safety considerations.
The contact details of the Accessibility Coordinator are set out at the bottom of this page, and you may contact us with any complaint, request for improvement, or report of an accessibility issue that has not been addressed, as well as for assistance with ongoing service (assistance from the accessibility center will be provided to customers with disabilities only).

Customer Service
A customer service center is available and provides telephone assistance.
For customers for whom telephone service does not provide an adequate solution, inquiries may be sent to the email address service@mano.co.il.
In addition, on the website you can obtain information regarding order status and view digital cruise tickets.
Website
At the top of the website there is an accessibility menu, which can be accessed from any page on the website, where the settings can be changed. These are the tools currently at your disposal:
Non-Textual Content
Images on the website have alternative text (the alt attribute) describing the nature of the image
Images that serve as links have alternative text defining the purpose of the link in the images
In the contrast versions, flashing banners and images that interfere with concentration have been removed
Structures and Relationships
Semantic code is used, with a uniform H1 heading on every page.
The website specification is written in an orderly manner using dl tags and organized tabular information
Pages are divided into regions so that relevant information can be reached easily using the Tab key on the keyboard
There is a full separation between content and presentation through the use of a separate CSS file
Color and Contrast
The website contrast can be changed at two levels: high contrast, and very high contrast in which most of the text is yellow on a black background
All colors have been changed for you in order to reduce stimuli as much as possible, and all flashes and certain banners will not be active in these versions in order to keep the information as comfortable as possible
Text Size and Screen Size
Enlarging the page to 200% will not impair the size of the information viewed on the website
In the contrast versions, the website already appears 25% larger than its original size
The accessibility toolbar offers 3 types of enlargement for your convenience, but if you wish to further enlarge the letters you may use the following keyboard functions:
Ctrl + enlarges the text on the website
Ctrl - reduces the text on the website
Ctrl 0 returns the website to its original size
The Space key scrolls the website downwards
The F11 key enlarges the screen to full size - pressing it again reduces it back
Keyboard Navigation
The website supports keyboard navigation using the TAB key and the arrow keys, and pressing the Enter key activates the various links.
Due to the size of the website, there are places on the website that are difficult to reach using a keyboard; therefore alternatives have been offered, such as an alternative menu and more.
Additional Matters
In the accessible versions, all flashing elements have been removed and hidden, so some information may not appear in order not to harm readers. We have tried to provide in these versions a comfortable edition without features that interfere with the process. In addition, we have devoted efforts to adapting the versions to as many browsers as possible; the best compatibility is with the Chrome browser, and we will endeavor to update further in the future.
Clarification
Despite our efforts to enable accessible browsing across all pages of the website, pages may be found that have not yet been made accessible or for which a suitable technological solution has not yet been found.
We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the website, to the extent possible, out of belief and a moral commitment to enable use of the website by the entire population, including persons with disabilities.
