Additions:

Tips are not included in the price of the cruise and are at the discretion of the passenger. On cruises, it is customary to tip the hotel staff who serve you €5 per person per day.

Mano Maritime Ltd. is not obliged to reserve a specific cabin. We ensure that the cabin the customer receives is of the same category as the one paid for. It is possible to reserve adjacent cabins or a specific part of the ship for €5 per night per cabin.

There is a charge for visiting the clinic, seeing a doctor, and taking medication.

The price list does not include shore excursions. We recommend vacationers to purchase shore excursions, but it is not mandatory.
The organization of shore excursions depends on the number of people registered.

Some of the shore excursions can only be booked on board.

Shore excursions can only be booked on the website or in the sales call center up to 2 business days before the departure of the cruise. After that, shore excursions can only be purchased during the cruise and without pre-booking. The above applies to all services that can be purchased in advance.

Reservations for shore excursions can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the cruise departure date without a cancellation fee.

Cancellations received by 20:00 on the day before the departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.

Cancellations received after 20:00 and/or no-shows on the morning of the tour will be charged the full cancellation fee and no refund will be given.

There is no obligation for tours in a language other than Hebrew.

It is possible to cancel a booked shore excursion if the number of participants is too low or if the local tour operator at the port of destination is unable to operate the tour for operational reasons. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the tour and no more.

In exceptional cases, for reasons beyond the control of Mano Maritime Ltd, the itinerary of the shore excursion may have to be changed. In these cases, the
company will change the shore excursions and refund the difference to the
purchasers if the cost of the tour has been reduced.

Internet packages can be purchased on the ship at a variable price. The ship's internet package is a satellite internet provided by an external company, so there may be interruptions in reception. The surfing speed is not constant and depends on various external factors, such as availability and coverage, radar, warships, satellite location and/or various disturbances. The company accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage caused by the surfing speed.
Rooms:
* For the 2025 cruise season, room reception will be available starting from 1:00 p.m.
Rooms occupied by 3 and 4 passengers:

Reduced prices for a third and fourth passenger in a cabin.

Beds for the third and fourth passengers in the cabin are upper bunk beds (except in the suites).

Booking cruises for families with children under the age of two will be possible depending on the availability of specially adapted cabins for babies (Deluxe and suites only), and the limited number of passengers allotted to them.

In most cabins, a double bed is essentially two separate beds put together.

In all rooms there is a step at the entrance to the toilet and shower at a height of about 22 cm (except in the rooms for the disabled).
Rooms with window:

On decks 7, 8 and 9 there are several rooms with partial or hidden views. The rates for these rooms have been reduced at the discretion of Mano Maritime Ltd and if such a room is ordered, no claims on the price of the room will be accepted.

Rooms where the majority of the window does not obstruct the view are considered full view rooms.
Rooms for "single" and "twin sharing" passengers:

A single-occupant cabin: a single passenger in a double room will pay for two cruise tickets.

A passenger sharing a cabin: with the approval of Mano Maritime Ltd., a single passenger reserving a cruise may share a cabin with another passenger. If no passenger is found to share the cabin, the passenger will be offered a single-occupant cabin (as mentioned in the paragraph above). If the passenger does not wish to pay for a single-occupant cabin, Mano Maritime Ltd. has the right at any time before sailing to cancel the reservation, in which case the company will refund the customer in full at no extra cost beyond what the passenger/customer paid.
Schedules and embarkation:

Due to border controls and checks, you are requested to arrive at the port on
time which was mentioned during the reservation process and appears on the
cruise ticket.

The port and embarkation times in Israel correspond to the times on the cruise ticket The timetables for the cruises in the Israeli ports and the various destination ports are fixed and known to all passengers in advance.

In In the ports of Mykonos, Samos and Kotor, passengers can be transferred from the ship to the port dock with the help of service boats (tender).

In the ports of Santorini and Patmos, service boats (tenders) take you from the ship to the port dock and vice versa. Disembarkation in the service boats can take an exceptionally long time. For this reason, disembarkation takes place in stages - according to the numbering of the decks, from top to bottom.

In ports where disembarkation takes place in service boats, the disembarkation of passengers with disabilities can be avoided, especially if the service boat is not designed for wheelchairs or scooters. Passengers with disabilities are obliged to inform the shipping company's representative in advance of the nature of their disability so that it can be checked whether they can disembark at the above-mentioned ports.

For the well-being of passengers and to maintain order during disembarkation in the various ports (including the port of Haifa), it is possible for passengers to disembark in certain time slots depending on the room category.

Sometimes the authorities of a particular port assign a berth to a ship that is relatively far from the port's exit gate. In such cases, it is necessary to walk to the gate or alternatively purchase a shuttle (feeder).

The ship will not wait for latecomers. Such a delay is the sole responsibility of the passenger. The decisive time in the timetables is the time at the destination.

Charges for Delays Caused by Late Return to the Ship 1. Passengers who fail to return to the ship on time at one of the designated destinations, causing a delay in the ship’s departure, disruption to the planned schedule, changes in sailing speed, or fuel consumption beyond the intended plan, will be charged for the expenses incurred by the company as a result of their actions.
2. The charges will include, but are not limited to: A. Administrative fees for dealing with local authorities – Including permits and procedures related to the delay. B. Expenses for extending the ship’s stay – Including additional costs for crew, equipment, and ship operations. C. Any other costs related to the incident – Including fines, fees, or any demands from local authorities or third parties.
3. Mano Maritime reserves the right to collect these charges using the payment method provided at the time of booking.
4. Passengers are fully responsible for adhering to the return times provided to them and must ensure their punctuality.

Mano Maritime Ltd. is not responsible for the loss of or damage to luggage. Luggage transportation is a service, but it is not obligatory. Passengers who wish to transport their luggage do so at their own risk.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to take liquids and beverages such as soft drinks and spirits of any kind on board.

In exceptional cases and for reasons beyond the control of Mano Maritime Ltd, partly due to force majeure, the company is forced during the voyage to change the itineraries and/or the ports, the function of the ship and/or the duration of the stay in the ports that were planned in advance. The shipping company will inform the passengers as soon as the change becomes known.

Before departure, passengers must check whether their passport is valid and whether there is an order against the passenger to delay departure from the country.

It is the responsibility of the holder of a foreign passport or Laissez-passer to find out whether an entry visa is required for the destination countries.

A passenger who does not meet the above conditions will not be allowed to travel and will not be entitled to a refund.
