תקנון הפלגה חד כיוונית - מנו ספנות בע"מ / אוניית קראון איריס

האמור בתקנון זה מתווסף להוראות "תקנון והערות כלליות עונת הפלגות:https://bit.ly/4lgYIhf

של חברת מנו ספנות בע"מ, ומהווה מסמך מחייב נוסף עבור נוסעים אשר רכשו הפלגה חד-כיוונית לישראל או ממנה, לרבות מקרים בהם ההפלגה כוללת יעד סופי בישראל / בחו"ל בלבד.

1. הגדרת יעד בישראל

היעד הסופי של ההפלגה בישראל יהיה אחד מהנמלים חיפה או אשדוד, בהתאם לשיקול דעתן של מנו ספנות והרשויות המוסמכות במדינת ישראל לרבות (אך לא רק) משרד התחבורה, משרד הבריאות, משרד הביטחון או פיקוד העורף.

2. שינויים בעקבות סירוב כניסה לישראל

במקרה בו הרשויות המוסמכות בישראל לא יאשרו את כניסת האונייה לנמל בישראל מכל סיבה שהיא, ובפרט אם הדבר נובע מהנחיות בטחוניות או בריאותיות, אוניית קראון איריס עשויה להיאלץ לחזור לנמל המוצא ממנו הפליגה. האמור לעיל יחול גם במקרים בהם הודעת הסירוב תתקבל כאשר הנוסעים כבר על סיפון האונייה, בין אם האונייה טרם עזבה את נמל חוץ לארץ ובין אם נמצאת בדרכה.תנאים אלו יחולו גם על נוסעים שרכשו כרטיס הפלגה בכל כיוון הפלגה (חו"ל-ישראל או ישראל-חו"ל).

3. אפשרויות לנוסעים במקרה של סירוב כניסה

במידה והאונייה חוזרת לנמל המוצא כאמור, תינתן לנוסעים האפשרות לבחור בין שתי החלופות הבאות:

חלופה ראשונה: לרדת מהאונייה בנמל הזר ולסיים את ההתקשרות מול החברה. במקרה כזה, הנוסע לא יהיה זכאי להחזר כספי כלשהו מעבר למה שנקבע בדין.

רשאית החברה (אך לא חייבת ) לאפשר חלופה שנייה – לינה באוניה בנמל הזר/ המתנה של האוניה בים, על בסיס פנסיון מלא וללא בידור ישראלי, בעלות של 399 אירו לנוסע ללילה.

4. התחייבות והסכמה של הנוסע

כל נוסע הרוכש הפלגה חד-כיוונית מאשר כי קרא והבין את תקנון זה וכי אין לו טענה או דרישה כלפי חברת מנו ספנות בע"מ במקרה של סירוב כניסת האונייה ליעדה ומימוש אחת החלופות האמורות.

5. הוראות כלליות

האמור בתקנון זה אינו גורע מתקנון ההפלגות הכללי של החברה אלא מתווסף לו, ויחול בכל מקרה של סתירה בין המסמכים בנוגע להפלגות חד-כיווניות..

6. תנאי הפלגות חד כיווניות מאשדוד לקפריסין

לתשומת לבכם:על פי הנחיות משרד התחבורה והרשויות הרלוונטיות:
יציאתכם מגבולות ישראל אושרה בכפוף לכך שלא תתאפשר חזרתכם לארץ למשך תקופה של לפחות 30 ימים ממועד ההפלגה.

הגבלה זו נועדה לאפשר את שיבת אזרחי ישראל הרבים השוהים בחו"ל, שיצאו בטרם פתיחת מבצע "עם כלביא", וממתינים לשוב ארצה.

One-Way Cruise Policy – MANO MARITIME LTD / M/V CROWN IRIS

This document is an addendum to the "General Cruise Terms and Conditions – 2025 Season" and constitutes binding provisions for passengers purchasing a one-way cruise to or from Israel, particularly when the final destination is in Israel only.

1. Port of Arrival in Israel

The designated port of arrival in Israel will be either Haifa or Ashdod, as determined solely by the relevant authorities in Israel, including the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defense or the Home Front Command. MANO MARITIME LTD and the vessel's crew shall bear no responsibility over the decisions of these authorities.

2. Change of Plan Due to Entry Denial

In case Israeli authorities deny entry to the vessel into an Israeli port for any reason, including but not limited to security or public health instructions, the M/V CROWN IRIS may be required to return to its port of origin. This shall apply regardless of whether the denial notice is received while passengers are already on board, whether the vessel has not yet departed from the foreign port or is already en route.

The same terms shall apply to passengers holding one-way tickets from Israel to Limassol if local Cypriot authorities do not permit disembarkation of the ship in Limassol.

3. Passenger Options in Case of Return

In such cases, passengers shall be given the following options:

- Option One: Remain on board the ship docked at the foreign port, including full-board accommodation and services (excluding Israeli entertainment), at a cost of €399 per passenger per night.

- Option Two: Disembark from the ship at the foreign port and terminate the contract with no further compensation beyond that required by law.

4. Passenger Declaration

By purchasing a one-way cruise, the passenger acknowledges understanding and agreement to this policy and waives any claim against MANO MARITIME LTD due to denied entry to the final destination and implementation of one of the above options.

5. General Provisions

This policy shall supplement and not derogate from the General Cruise Terms. In any case of conflict between the two documents, this policy shall prevail regarding one-way cruises.
